OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR ENROLLMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Winslow Township Family Day Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees (and their immediate families: parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of HomeServe of South Jersey (“Sponsor”) and its respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries and participating vendors/agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

HOW TO ENTER: The Promotion begins at 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on August 22, 2026 and ends at 7:00 pm EST on August 22, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, Entrants will submit an entry form with their name, address, email address and phone number (“Entry”) via QR Code provided at the Sponsor’s booth at the Winslow Township Family Day. Limit one (1) Entry per person and per address. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. All Entries become the property of Sponsor. No purchase necessary to enter.

DRAWING/NOTIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: Potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about August 24, 2026 from all eligible Entries received (“Winner”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. The Winner will be notified via Phone or Email provided in the Entry form, and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) calendar days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, or a Winner is not in compliance with these rules, Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible Entries.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: iWave-R home air purification system, model #4900-20, installation NOT included. Approximate retail value: $650

PRIZE CONDITIONS: One prize per winner. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor, except with respect to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer a Prize or redeem Prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ON PRIZE, installation of Prize, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

PRIZE FULFILLMENT: Once an Entry has been selected and acknowledged as a winner of the Promotion, Sponsor will contact the Winner to get additional details from the Winner to schedule Prize delivery. Each prize must be delivered and accepted by the deadline set forth by Sponsor. Prize will be mailed to the Winner at the mailing address provided by the Winner. The Winner is responsible for providing a valid and accurate mailing address. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or returned as undeliverable.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost Entries unavailable network/server/ISP/Website/other connection, miscommunications, failed computer/ hardware/ software/ satellite/ telephone/ cable, QR Code or other errors/ difficulties in connection with the Promotion. Persons who tamper with any aspect of the Promotion or Website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, or for any other reason in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor will select the potential Winner via a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

Entrants shall not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringes of the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of other, is offensive, harassing or has the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating or hostile environment, uses obscenity, personal insults or other offensive language, in any way promotes unsafe activities that could lead to an unsafe situation involving the company’s consumers or other individuals.
Content in the Entries may not violate any third party’s copyrights or trademark rights and the Entry content should not mention or depict any individuals that have not granted express permission to be featured. By submitting an Entry, you, the Entrant, represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit and post the Entry content.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Neither Sponsor, nor any of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries or participating vendors/agencies or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have any liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or participation in this Promotion.

GRANT OF PUBLICITY: Winner, by acceptance of a Prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, quotes, voice, prize installation/services and/or other likeness and Prize information for Sponsor’s advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
GOVERNING LAW: Except to the extent pre-empted by federal or other applicable state law, the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between Entrant and Sponsor, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New Jersey, having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof.

WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the Winner, available after August 25, 2026, send a self-addressed envelope to: HomeServe of South Jersey, 420 N 2nd Road, Unit 1 Hammonton, NJ 08037, with your request for the name of the Winslow Township Family Day Sweepstakes. Requests for the Winner’s List must be received by September 25, 2026.
